We collect information you submit through contact and inquiry forms (name, email, message contents) and standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and usage logs.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, process correction and removal requests, maintain the directory, and protect the service against abuse. We do not sell personal information.
Listing data
Directory listings describe businesses, not private individuals, and are compiled from public sources and the clinics' own websites. Clinic owners may request corrections or removal at any time via the contact page.
Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, and retain inquiry records only as long as needed to handle them and to keep an audit trail of honored removal requests. No online system is completely secure — do not submit medical records or other sensitive information through this site.
